摘要: Eight volunteers out of 81 medical students a one-year register were selected in two-step procedure by means motivation Q-sort. Of these, four motivated for success (S.M.), whereas failure (F.M.). Following stratification step, two subjects each from group orally given propranolol (0.6 mg/kg) or placebo double-blind trial. Test inventory; flicker fusion frequency; determination performance normal and tailored testing; subjective self-rating; blood pressure; pulse. Evaluation was accomplished the conventional dose-related way (propranolol versus placebo) serum level oriented approach common differential psychopharmacology, judging personality structure (nervousness, neuroticism, extraversion) volunteers' motivation. It found that when compared to did not alter vigilance, assessment volunteers; hence, next step evaluation made regardless treatment. The initial F.M. as measured on test unit substantially poorer S.M. volunteers. During 7.5-h period after application, reaction time noted improve both result training due repeated tests function propranolol. As only small number available investigation, further studies are encouraged verify subjects.
