摘要: Disclosed is a method of cryopreserving bivalve shellfish oocytes, including the steps of: (a) Preparing solution comprising 5-50% v/v cryoprotectant in water to give solution; (b) Combining oocytes with an oocyte mixture; (c) Carrying out first cooling mixture at rate about 0.1° C min-1 20° temperature -4° -20° C; (d) second 2.5° -25° -55° C.
