摘要: Cervical tissue-based organ culture system has been used to test the cytotoxicity and antiviral activity of microbicides. One problems using current methods for routine microbicide testing is need continually obtain fresh tissue, which can be limited in access supply. Use frozen stored when available thawed needed, would alleviate constant new tissue. This study was designed explore possibility frozen–thawed cervical tissue microbicides their anti-HIV activity.
