Noise reduction for photodiode arrays

摘要: A method and apparatus for reducing noise in a light sensing circuit having photodiode array (80) coupled to charge amplifier (85) through field effect transistor transfer switch (116). Thermal generated by the (116) is combined with image signals inputted resulting an outputted noisy image signal. The invention eliminates this taking two consecutive readings of output, one before one after closing opening it. thermal generated (116), added next reading equal difference between these readings. Once stored, can be subtracted from previously mentioned "next reading", elimination term.
