摘要: A compound having the following formula I: where R1 is alkyl group or alkenyl group, X represents R2 selected from consisting of a halogen (o, m, p) such as F, Cl, Br I, -NH2, -NO2 and hydrogen R3 OH, n 0 to 2. The has pharmacologically alpha2-adrenergic/5-HT2A antagonist activity, 5-HT re-uptake anti-oxidant activity. produced by preparing 4-epoxy isoeugenol, mixing piperazine dissolved in methanol with isoeugenol reflux at 100° C. for approximately 2 6 hours, removing methanol, passing mixture through silica gel column chromatography after step, eluting passed n-hexane ethyl acetate, drying eluted mixture, crystallizing dried methanol.
