摘要: Fertilization of freshwater fish occurs in the environment which negatively affects a lifespan gametes mostly due to osmotic shock; therefore, male should reach female gamete, as soon possible. The existence mechanisms controlling encounter would be highly expedient this case. By analogy with other species for guidance was demonstrated, it is likely that control may performed by ovarian fluid or substances released eggs. aim study effect and egg-released on spermatozoa behavior sterlet. It found presence particular concentration (30% solution water) had an inhibiting motility initiation. Lower concentrations improved longevity did not affect their trajectories. Test chemotactic response (using microcapillary injection fluids into suspension motile spermatozoa) showed no behavior, while at same time, attracting egg-conditioned medium evident (i.e., some from eggs during contact freshwater). results fertilization test prevented losing fertilizing ability water, well promoted fertilize longer period time. Thus, combined physicochemical action "female factors" sterlet involved selection mechanisms.
