摘要: Novel pharmaceutical dosage forms provide for pulsatile delivery of methylphenidate, i.e., release encapsulated drug in spaced apart “pulses.” The are comprised first, second and optionally third units, with each unit having a different profile. may comprise capsules housing compressed tablets or drug-containing beads particles, single tablet the units representing an integral discrete segment thereof.
