摘要: Abstract Pure LaAlO 3 nanopowders were synthesized using a emulsion precursor derived from mixed-metal and oleic acid solution. The precursors oxide powders characterized by differential thermal analysis, thermo gravimetric infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction transmission electron microscopy. phase was at 800 °C for 2 h in air directly amorphous precursors, without the formation of intermediate phase. average particle size as determined TEM is 60 nm. FTIR analysis carried to monitor elimination emulsion-derived calcined powder.
