摘要: The main objective of this study was to prepare quick dispersible tablets drug sumatriptan succinate, which can rapidly disintegrate in the saliva using three different superdisintegrants that is, sodium starch glycolate, crospovidone, and croscarmallose with taste masking polymer beta-cyclodextrin aspartame as a sweetener. done by mixing it solvent evaporation method then optimized quantity it. were prepared direct compression technique masked other formulation excipients. effect various super disintegrants concentrations has been studied. evaluated for wetting time, in-vitro disintegration strength, dissolution time. As per results obtained, found batch no. 4 be best formulation, data's obtained required range mouth dissolving tablets.
