摘要: Serum IgE concentration was measured on the 5th day of life in 943 infants. All infants were included a 3 month follow-up study. The frequency cow's milk allergy studied according to either family history, level, or both. Feeding (mother's formula feeding) taken into account. Manifestations suggestive food hardly observed breast-fed babies. In formula-fed group positive history correlated with 40% incidence allergic manifestations, compared 13% (P 1.3 U/ml) indicated 43% risk developing manifestations babies as 15% (P<0.001) normal results screening test. Frequency subgroup negative and high level (38%) equal test (IgE<1.3 (36%). both 49%. None these differences significant. parameters 8% (P<0.001 other subgroups). Our indicate that seems correlate well neonatal serum concentration. for provides significant information about only history. This could be an important factor improving cost/benefit ratio programs allergy.
