摘要: High somatic cell counts in milk caused by mastitis significantly influence the quality of and result substantial annual economic loss. This study evaluated beneficial effects melatonin (MT) on count (SCC) cows. To examine SCC, one hundred twenty cows were divided into four groups based SCC. In each group, half treated with (S.C.). Melatonin treatment reduced explore potential mechanism, 20 relatively high SCC selected to evaluate biochemical immunological profiles their blood after treatment. Treatment MT milk, lowered serum cortisol concentrations increased levels albumin, alanine transaminase lactate dehydrogenase. Following MT, concentration IgG IgM rose transiently then decreased significantly, similar changes observed for white cells lymphocytes. conclusion, improved reducing may be due improving immune activity
