摘要: The accurate determination of trace elements in blood serum samples is important for establishing nutritional status and/or determining the influence environmental or pathogenic factors humans. XRF has a long time been used as rapid and convenient method element determinations. However, many other methods are use, including stripping potentiometry (SP). This generally known to have much lower detection limits than XRF. In order compare two methods, which based on entirely different physical principles, both were copper kinds samples, standard (Seronorm) sample taken from hospital Sweden. Both agreed within deviation each method. preparation quality discussed
