摘要: In the current study, Ethiopian cactus pear fruit peel infusions were used as a phytoreducing agent to fabricate silver nanoparticles (CPFP-AgNPS). The formation of AgNPS in 7 min was confirmed by Ultra UV–Vis spectral portrait. average size range (20–60 nm), composition element and crystal structure CPFP-AgNPS established transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectra diffraction analysis respectively. exhibited greater inhibition (81.92%) on 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical assay. antibacterial activity high order against E.coli > Salmonella spp. > Bacillus spp. > Pseudomonas spp. > Staphylococcus spp. also showed effective anticancer against human cervix epithelioid carcinoma cell lines with an IC50 value 74.26 ± 0.25 µg mL−1/24 h. short, findings highlighted effectiveness potential therapeutic applications.
