摘要: In this study, the shaping and assembly behavior of adhesive polymer-metal-composites was investigated in an international cooperation using two step curable uretdione-polyester-based powder coatings (IPF development) which acts simultaneously as a reactive agent high quality surface finish. To create composite, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) layer with good compatibility to coating over-molded onto coated aluminum substrate. A polyamide (PA6) on TPU stiff composite structure possibilities for further functionalization. The TPU-layer between metal substrate polymer top stress strain compensation layer. These loads are caused by thermal expansion (under fluctuating temperatures) external forces/deformation. Another key feature is innovative process chain. can resist deformation therefore suitable future application coil procedure. addition, could be easily implemented into production line semi-finished product. prefinished formed (e.g. incremental forming, deep drawing) inserted over-molding This overall shortened chain allows not only effective fabrication pre-coated materials polymer-metal-joints quantities saving steps cleaning steps, glue application) but also higher versatility following production.
