摘要: The topology of DNA plays an important role in the search binding ­proteins for their specific target site on molecule, this process being at heart gene regulation. Connecting to recent single measurements, we provide evidence various mechanisms constituting facilitated diffusion model, particular, one-dimensional motion along chain and intersegmental jumps points close contact between chemically remote segments, mediated by looping.
