摘要: We developed a method to determine the magnetic helicity and study reversal mechanisms in exchange biased nanostructures using Planar Hall Effect (PHE). As test case, we use an in-depth helical spin configuration that occurs during magnetization coupled Ni/FeF2 heterostructures. show way induce sign of from PHE measurements on lithographically patterned cross. The can be controlled by angle between externally applied field well-defined unidirectional anisotropy axis. Furthermore, signal reveals complex features due small deviations local axes crystallographic easy simulations incomplete domain wall model are excellent agreement with experimental data. These studies formations nanomagnetic systems studied laboratory-based magnetotransport.
