摘要: The microRNAs (miRNAs) have been shown to play important roles in the control of many normal biological processes including cell differentiation and organogenesis. During development pancreas, several miRNAs miR-375, miR-7, miR-124, etc. regulate exocrine endocrine differentiation. These regulations could part be mediated through miRNA-mediated deregulation transforming growth factor-β, Notch, Hedgehog signaling, which are signal transduction pathways that critically involved organogenesis during development. However, deregulated expression also lead progression pancreatic cancer. Moreover, known maintenance cancer stem cells epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition phenotypic cells, typically responsible for drug resistance, tumor recurrence, metastasis. Therefore, targeting specific by oligonucleotide/nanoparticle vector delivery or regulation natural agents become novel strategies treatment with better outcome combination conventional therapeutics.
