摘要: Abstract The rising prevalence and incidence of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) have been noted around the world. However, no study has conducted to examine effect surrounding environment on ESRD. This assessed associations exposure PM2.5 level green spaces, separately, with ESRD in Taiwan. Demographic clinical data used this was retrieved from National Health Insurance Research Database 2003 2012. collected Environmental Protection Administration Taiwan a hybrid land-use regression model approximate long-term PM2.5. Percentage spaces determine individual level. Cox proportional hazards models generalized estimating equation were applied investigate results showed significant positive association between ESRD; but inverse (adjusted hazard ratio (AHR) = 1.08, 95% CI: 1.00–1.15 for level; AHR = 0.90, 95%CI: 0.84–0.98 spaces). Together, findings added suggestive evidence adverse beneficial general population
