摘要: Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) has become an established adjunctive treatment to optimal pharmacologic in patients with advanced chronic heart failure (CHF), diminished left ventricular (LV) function and intraventricular conduction delay. Although CRT been shown improve hemodynamics, quality of life exercise capacity, there is some evidence that it may rarely potentiate arrhythmias. As considered for expanded population CHF patients, left-sided pacing as option pacemaker-indicated (potentially without defibrillator backup), the effect these modalities on incidence tachyarrhythmia must be systematically studied mechanistically understood. Strategies prospectively predict proarrhythmic potential LV epicardial need developed, accordingly individualized. This review attempts summarize current information proarrhythmia therapy.
