Effect of pouring temperature on semi-solid slurry of ZL101 alloy prepared by slightly electromagnetic stirring

摘要: The semi-solid slurry of ZL101 alloy is prepared by a combination technology low superheat pouring and slightly electromagnetic stirring. effects temperature on the are investigated. results indicate that it feasible to prepare with globular primary phases stirring, has an important effect morphology size α-Al in alloy. By applying suitable stirring combining relatively increased temperature, i.e., practical way apply technology, capable obtaining appropriate shape phase. Compared samples made only without both can enable achieve same grain phase at 15-35℃ higher.
