摘要: In bacteria associated with humans, antimicrobial resistance is common, both in clinical isolates and the less-studied commensal flora, it thought that environmental might be a hidden reservoir of resistance. Gilliver et al. have reported also prevalent faecal from wild rodents living northwest England. Here we test faeces moose, deer vole Finland find an almost complete absence enterobacteria. Resistance thus not universal property enterobacterial populations, but may result human use antibiotics.
