摘要: The range map registration (or alignment) phase is the main bottleneck in 3D scanning pipeline due to amount of user intervention required. standard approach consists an initial rough alignment followed by automatic refining technique (ICP). Automatic active research area, since it missing component fully automatise process. Although many efforts have been made order avoid manual placement, none existing technologies seems be adequately accurate and flexible. This paper addresses problem providing a good guess ICP algorithm, tracking 3D-scanner motion using well known (and low cost) computer vision techniques. proposed shown effective generate sufficiently guesses majority possible configurations.
