摘要: Abstract Osteoid osteoma represents approximately 10% to 11% of all the benign bone tumors. The localization at articular and juxta-articular level knee is an atypical picture that causes both diagnostic therapeutic problems. We present case osteoid lateral tibial plateau just beneath joint level. lesion was removed by a rear-entry computed tomography (CT)-guided drill under arthroscopic control bony defect filled with graft harvested from proximal metaphysis. Postoperative CT scans 3 months, 1 2 years were performed. result kneeling test evaluate donor-site morbidity year after surgery negative. There no immediate or delayed complications. Currently (2 postoperatively), patient has pain gone back his normal active daily lifestyle routines. follow-up scan showed complete excision perfect positioning graft. This new approach/technique enabled us avoid damaging structures, examine lesion, fill defect. Moreover, as shown follow-up, iatrogenic lesions cartilage not reported.
