摘要: La prevalence des incontinences anales et urinaires represente un probleme de sante publique en raison leur retentissement parfois majeur termes qualite vie du cout financier induit par prise charge. Un a deux tiers femmes consultant pour incontinence urinaire se disent genees dans la quotidienne. Les troubles continence sont souvent motif d’institutionnalisation personnes âgees. En France, seule charge l’incontinence 1995, le protections etait compris entre 244 300 millions d’euros an population generale, institution âgees incontinentes 1,5 milliards an, surcout lie les hopitaux court sejour 50 an.
