摘要: The previous sections of this chapter have examined the organic plant acids arising from tricarboxylic acid (Krebs) and glyoxylate cycles related conversions intermediate metabolism. Although section (6.3) addresses a part general subject metabolism, focus is on presence fats fatty in woody tissue as food reserves. Also included short review lower molecular weight acids. Excluded, however, are waxes, covered Sect. 6.4.
