摘要: In the context of globalization, cultural differences resulted from diverse backgrounds have formed a main influential factor in development joint ventures. Using qualitative research approach, this paper first establishes “VTIO” model, which serves as model for analyzing differences. Production mode is set to center model. The core culture concluded “sentiment, ethics and law”. V (value), T (thinking mode), I (interpersonal relationship) O (organizational behavior) are considered representations culture. Based on comprehensively studies typical examples among China, US Japan abovementioned four aspects representations. Furthermore, case study Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Co., Ltd presented with an analysis its corporate Finally, proposes some relevant coping strategies regarding cross-cultural management, providing suggestions management Sino-foreign equity
