Elimination of125I-Trypsin α-Macroglobulin Complexes from Blood by Reticuloendothelial Cells in Dog

摘要: Complexes of 125I-labelled bovine trypsin and the α1- α2-macroglobulins dog were prepared injected into 3 dogs. The rate elimination radioactivity with a half time only 8 min fitted single exponential curve. About 80 % in whelps about 85 adult was recovered reticuloendothelial cells liver, spleen bone marrow.
