摘要: Abstract Allozyme variation in the tetraploid cocksfoot (Dactylis glomerata) cv. Grasslands Wana was studied with a view to establishing set of genetic markers that would enable this cultivar be distinguished from resident populations. Such persistence ‘Grasslands Wana’ hill country pastures monitored following oversowing, via estimation admixture proportion resulting pasture mixture. Three six enzyme systems proved polymorphic, yielding four marker loci: Mdh‐1; Pgm; and isolocus Gpi‐1,2. Five alleles were found for Gpi‐1,2, frequencies ranging 0.04 0.55.
