摘要: Abstract Marine genetic resources both within and beyond national jurisdiction have been the focus of international negotiations in a range forums recent years. One recurrent theme throughout these discussions has absence detailed information upon which policy responses to emerging issue conservation sustainable use marine (especially areas jurisdiction) could be based.
