摘要: espanolEncuesta transversal en 349 pacientes con VIH 19 hospitales espanoles, para caracterizar los motivos de cambio del tratamiento antirretroviral 2010-2011. La causa mas frecuente fue la simplificacion (37%), seguida toxicidad (30%) y el fracaso terapeutico (21%). Se encontraron diferencias significativas segun linea categoria transmision. En conclusion, muchos se busca optimizacion mediante a pautas faciles seguir.
