摘要: Abstract : This document presents the results of computer-based, vehicle dynamics performance assessments Future Truck concepts with such features as a vanable height, hydraulic, trailing arm suspension, skid steering, and in-hub electric drive motors. Fully three-dimensional models were created using commercially available modeling simulation methodology limited validation studies performed by comparing model predictions baseline, validated from another in same size class concept vehicles. The considered accurate enough to predict various aspects ride quality stability performance, critical US Army Objective Force mission needs. One-to-one comparisons standard, solid-axle, Heavy Tactical Vehicle (HTV) operating terrain obstacle negotiation conditions performed.
