摘要: Environmental monitoring is getting more important nowadays due to the greater stress faced by natural environment in era of urbanisation and industrialisation. To accomplish task, rapid reliable analytical probes are essentially needed perform at real time basis with high sensitivity accuracy. In view this, developed using carbon nanoparticles one latest alternatives that proven capability detect various analytes environment. Carbon portray good fluorescence property enables integration onto optical sensing transducers. Further engineering via surface functionalization can be performed interest improve selectivity probes. There several advantages most significant benefit sustainability prospect as compared other groups fluorophores. synthesised greener approach simple pyrolysis or hydrolysis processes involve minimum use toxic harmful starting precursors, besides able tap on renewable resources such rich agricultural wastes. The synthesis often under mild condition produces less no side chemical products. nature show low toxicity effect This review focuses specifically sustainable significances, achievements adopting an alternative for environmental monitoring.
