摘要: Experimentally induced retinoses are useful in that they give the possibility of studying pathogenesis human tapeto-retinal degeneration. Intravenous injections sodium iodate at 20 mg/kg were chosen to intoxicate rabbits “Fauve de Bourgogne” variety. At varying times after injections, following carried out: 1. An electroretinography study: this shows early disappearance e-waves, followed by a change b2-wave. 2. A biochemical drop vitamin A level blood, which happens long electroretinographic changes. 3. An electronmicroscopic changes Bruch’s membrane and pigment epithelium. 4. A colour fluorescein angiographic an abnormal distribution probably indicates perturbations permeability epithelium.
