摘要: Protein tyrosine kinase activation is one of the first biochemical events in signaling pathway leading to NK cell cytolytic machinery. Here we investigated whether proline-rich 2 (Pyk2), nonreceptor protein belonging focal adhesion family, could play a role cell-mediated cytotoxicity. Our results demonstrate that binding cells sensitive target or ligation beta2 integrins rapid induction Pyk2 phosphorylation and activation.
