摘要: Quantum‐mechanical calculations of the differential cross section for small‐angle elastic scattering heavy particles are carried out to establish more definitely region validity classical approximation. Four results discussed: (1) The Massey—Mohr phase‐shift formula corresponds Kennard in semiclassical limit. (2) Schiff approximation is exactly same as at small angles, any central potential.
