摘要: The aim of this study was to compare the cardiovascular and respiratory effects bispectral scale index (BIS) as well recovery period characteristics in response treatment with a propofol/alfentanil admixture different concentrations dogs undergoing splenectomy. We conducted prospective, randomised, blinded experimental trial. Anaesthesia induced maintained by continuous-infusion anaesthesia propofol alfentanil or after premedication acepromazine (0.03 mg/kg). Dogs were assigned receive admixture. Changes BIS value, heart rate (HR), (f R ), non-invasive arterial blood pressure, pulse oximetry (SpO 2 end-tidal carbon dioxide (ETCO ) rectal temperature (RT) recorded at predefined time points during anaesthesia. Data [mean ± standard deviation (SD)] analysed analysis variance (ANOVA) for repeated measures followed Dunnett's test Student's t-test (P <0.05) where necessary, Mann-Whitney U-test. No significant differences found between groups respect age, body mass, SpO , ETCO f systolic, diastolic mean pressure (SAP, DAP MAP). values significantly lower Group when compared 1 T7, T8, T9. HR T2 T9 1. provided satisfactory results Thus, an may be used total IV infusion rates determined study.
