摘要: In this article, Howard Wainer and Linda Steinberg examine sex differences in scores on the mathematics section of Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT-M) by comparing SAT-M men women who performed similarly first-year college math courses. Matching almost 47,000 type course taken grade received, authors found that, average, had scored about 33 SAT points lower than same received grade. The then analyzed data using prospective regression analysis somewhat larger direction. Though do not allow any conclusions cause these scores, they provide evidence validity as a predictor performance. conclude with discussion how educators might respond to possible inequities test
