摘要: Voltage-gated Ca2+ channels represent one of the main pathways for entry into nerve terminals where they play a critical role in control synaptic exocytosis. It is traditionally believed that vesicle-docking/release machinery must be located vicinity calcium source order to trigger fast, efficient and spatially delimited neurotransmitter release. This tight coupling mostly achieved by physical interaction presynaptic channel with several actors vesicle release machinery. Conversely, binding proteins regulates activity, providing fine entry. Here, we review current state knowledge molecular mechanisms which activity.
