摘要: Summary Seven hundred sixteen newly diagnosed patients were studied, to determine the clinical significance of chromosome analysis in ANLL. Karyotypes classified two ways. Cases grouped into three categories, based on presence normal and abnormal metaphases. 12 categories more specific abnormalities (modified Chicago Classification). Both methods classifying karyotypes, but especially Classification, resulted groups with de novo ANLL significantly different presenting hematologic features, including FAB type, leukocyte count, percent peripheral myeloblasts, platelet DIC. Among ANLL, when according correlated frequency initial complete remission survival; metaphases duration first survival. 305 intensively treated patients, Classification also remission. Although both ways karyotype survival, even other major risk factors considered, only was an independent prognostic factor among patients.
