摘要: We measured plasma growth hormone concentrations by three different two-site immunometric assays (Pharmacia hGH RIA, IDS Gamma-BCT and Delfia 22 kDa hGH) to determine whether there are GH isoforms secreted acromegalic patients that under-recognized some assays. There was a fairly good agreement between with the giving lower results than Pharmacia IRMA. on stored samples from 24 proven acromegaly. consistent difference of approximately 20% mean value for each patient.
