摘要: Abstract Hexagonal NaYF 4 :Yb 3+ ,Er (β-NaYF ) nanoparticles supported on TiO 2 nanobelts were prepared using two-step procedures of ion-exchangeable process and hydrothermal treatment: layered titanate first ion-exchanged with Y , Yb Er cations to produce these cations, then, the product in NaY solution treated under condition transform into anatase β-NaYF nanoparticles. The final products characterized by various measurement techniques. Many preparation conditions, e.g., content added precursors, reaction time pH value, optimized obtain nanocomposites including relatively uniform strong upconversion (UC) emission intensity. results showed that nanobelts, large number 30-70 diameter range very UC emission, could be achieved suitable condition. intensity concentrations closer 20 mol.% 1 was strongest.
