摘要: The incidence of type 1 diabetes (T1D) is increasing, either because environmental factors accelerating onset the disease or inducement autoimmune in children who previously were at lower risk. High levels immunoglobulin (Ig), specifically, IgM and IgA, a low level IgG reported adult patients; however no studies have analyzed increasing relation to Ig levels. Our aim was describe newly diagnosed with their healthy siblings. Children T1D expressed significantly (p 0.5) found. Age-specific unchanged over 9-year period. In patients siblings IgG, IgA IgE increased by age 0.05). continued increase indicates that are reached later than studied cohorts, thereby indicating slower maturation immune system.
