摘要: Droplet counter-current chromatography is utilized to isolate and purify 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA), phorbol, the diastereoisomer 4α-phorbol from croton oil. The stationary mobile phases for procedure are derived an equilibrated mixture of hexane-diethylether-n-propanol-ethanol-water, separated upper layer which comprises phase bottom phase. TPA phorbol isomers obtained in exceptionally high purity by further treatment with liquid column thin-layer chromatography.
