摘要: The minimum electron dose that is necessary to resolve the molecular structure of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) was estimated based on experimental measurements information limits and simulated DNA images, considering conditions a low dose. From these results, ∼400e∕A2 found be achieve observation scale under present setup. A molecule observed by phase reconstruction method using through-focus images limited In reconstructed helical intervals base pairs were partially resolved.
