摘要: A series of coumarin appended formyl-pyrazoles 14-18 were synthesized by a simple and accessible approach. The reaction 8-acetyl-4-methyl-7-hydroxy 3 phenyl hydrazine hydrochlorides 4-8 produces the intermediate compounds hydrazones 9-13. 9-13 DMF in presence POCl3 yielded bearing moiety good yield. new intermediates prepared screened vitro for their antibacterial, antifungal antioxidant activities. 12 17 having chloro substitution exhibited promising antibacterial activity against different organisms tested. compound showed remarkable DPPH radical scavenging ability.
