摘要: We here outline principles and trends in the treatment of soft tissue sarcomas without distant metastases (MO). Over last 15 years significant advances have been made diagnostic imaging histological classification these tumors as well their treatment. Magnetic resonance (MRI) has essentially replaced computerized tomography (CT) for evaluation local growth pattern, although latter is still preferred detection pulmonary metastases. Immunohistochemistry techniques electron microscopy improved diagnosis, results obtained should always be interpreted context routine light microscopy. Adequate surgical resection radiotherapy can reduce incidence recurrence, which high head-neck retroperitoneal sarcomas. Limb-sparing surgery combination with irradiation and/or intra-arterial or perfusion chemotherapy considered choice 90% limb sarcomas, a recurrence rate less than 20%. New radiotherapeutical anti-neoplastic agents are now under investigation an attempt to improve control. There also need more effective adjuvant chemotherapy. Randomized clinical trials using doxorubicin/ifosfamide factors underway.
