摘要: Leitlinien zur medikamentosen und Ernahrungstherapie sowie operativen Therapie des Morbus Crohn wurden Ende 1996 von Gastroenterologen Chirurgen durch die Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Verdauungs- Stoffwechselkrankheiten erarbeitet. Obwohl noch nicht offiziell publiziert, werden diese Richtlinien diskutiert. Die konservative der Colitis ulcerosa wahrend akuten Schubes in Remission hangt wesentlich vom Schweregrad Ausdehnung Erkrankung ab.
