摘要: Objective Authors examined the temporal stability of symptoms major and minor depression apathy in dementia. Methods A consecutive sample 65 patients with Alzheimer disease (AD) at baseline evaluation received a follow-up psychiatric assessment that included Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV Hamilton Rating Scale Depression an average 17 months later. Results Half had no follow-up, showed significant improvement sadness, guilt, suicidal ideation, disruption sleep, loss interest, energy, thoughts death, social withdrawal, psychomotor changes, changes appetite/weight, anxiety. No were found on scores irritability or apathy. Conclusions The study demonstrates specificity depressive AD suggests are different behavioral domains.
