摘要: The incidence of stomach cancer is high in certain parts the world, particularly China. Chronic Helicobacter pylori infection main risk factor, yet vast majority infected individuals remain unaffected with cancer, suggesting an important role other factors. We conducted a population-based case-control study including 196 incident cases and 397 matched controls to test hypothesis that adverse single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotypes haplotypes within genes DNA repair immune regulatory pathways are associated increased risk. Genomic isolated from blood samples was used for genotyping, results were obtained 57 putatively functional SNPs 28 genes. Odds ratios (OR) 95% confidence intervals (95% CI) adjusted logistic regression models. For PTGS2 , gene involved inflammatory response, associations observed TC genotype carriers rs5279 (OR, 0.24; CI, 0.08-0.73), CT 3′-untranslated region SNP rs689470 7.49; 1.21-46.20), CTTC haplotype rs5277, rs5278, 0.41; 0.18-0.95). ERCC5 excision repair, rs1047768 0.65; 0.41-1.03), GC nonsynonymous rs2227869 0.30; 0.13-0.67), CCG rs1047768, rs17655 0.45; 0.20-1.04) reduced In conclusion, Chinese population.
