摘要: In this position paper we identify and discuss design issues involved in future nutrigenomics nutrigenetics interfaces services based on connecting heterogeneous data from food flows (farm to fork) consumption body interaction of nutrients with DNA, microbiome etc. How connect farm fork phenotype what type user experiences these enable? What should be the function such DNA molecules, bacteria, economy social cultural practices eating? order answer questions, conducted critical probe into dining form a personalized dinner envisioned several scenarios eating.
